Add an extra damage perk in the one-handed skill tree. It increases all weapons\' damage.

This mod adds an extra damage perk which was only available to NPCs in one-handed skill tree.
There are two versions of extra damage perk mod. One makes weapons do 3x damage (2x for two-handed). The other makes weapons do 2.5x damage (1.75x for two handed).
I made this mod to roleplay as NPCs without leveling smithing and enchanting. With fully perked weapon skill and Extra Damage perk, one can achieve the same weapon damage as NPCs'.

Extract the *.esp file under the data folder.
