The humorous throw voice shout does NOT seem to work with certain races, Heres a fix

In the English version, Throw voice shout, unlocked at Shearpoint will not work with
Male Argonians
Female Argonians
Male Dark Elfs
Female Dark Elfs
Female Khajiits
Female Orcs
NEW: Female Woodelf
You will simply hear your character shout, but no audio will come out for the comments that the shouts make such as
"Hey Cheese Brain!" and "Hey Skeever Butt!"
Here is a fix, simply extract it to your
\Data\sound\voice\skyrim.esm folder
*IF you do not have the folders, make them as you go!
It covers all of the above races, Please request any other races that may not work.
