Description
This is a mod request. It is very precise and I will not be updating it unless the requester asks me to. That said, this mod alters all 5 vanilla homes very slightly:
Breezehome: A tiny basment has been added. The door is under the stairs. In the tiny basement is an enchanting table, a workbench and a grindstone

Honeyside: A workbench and grindstone have been added in the basement right by the bottom of the stairs.

Vlindrel Hall: A grindstone and workbench has been added right outside the Alchemy Lab/Child Bedroom.

Hjerim: A workbench and grindstone have been added upstairs by the end of the hall between your bedroom and your stewards bedroom.

Proudspire Manor: A grindstone and workbench have been added right by the fire pit in the basement.

I have removed a few things to make room, although nothing major. It was mostly just straw, a bookcase, a shelf, and some boxes.
