Go to http://skse.silverlock.org/ and download both the installer and 7z version of the software and install or extract to the Skyrim directory. Launch the game using skse_loader.exe

Ever wondered whether a man or woman in Tamriel can transform into a dragon?
There a sibyl of Akatosh from Wayrest venturing into Skyrim who has the power to transform into a dragon. She meditates near a shrine of Akatosh near the Twilight Sepulcher on the Way of the Voice.

When she gets injured in combat, Akatosh heals her. If she is outside she transforms to a dragon. If she is in a dungeon fighting with the Dragonborn and is hurt, Akatosh lays his hands upon her arms and gives her infinite strength that sends enemies flying from each stroke of her blade.

You will experience the Power of Akatosh if you install this file.
