A legal copy of Skyrim.
The latest official patch.

Q. Who the heck is Sigurd?
A. Sigurd is Belethor's helper in Whiterun. He's the annoying guy that's often chopping wood, and loves to
tell you that he doesn't have time to chat. (As you run by at a great distance having never addressed him once
in your entire pixelated life.)
Q. What does this mod do?
A. It makes Sigurd an essential respawning vendor who buys and sells only firewood.

4: Installation / Uninstallation
Install:
Merge the data file from the mod with the one in your Skyrim folder.
Uninstall:
Remove the files that came with the mod.
An easy way to do this would be to copy, (not cut),
the files into the folder a second time, and overwrite everything.
Now hit undo.
Assuming you're using windows this will delete the necessary files.
