Want to Level you Character or start a new game but not having to worry about your Skills well here\'s the way to do it!

Want to start a new game or already have a character you just want fully leveled but not having to worry about your Skills!! Well here's the way to do it!
INSTALL:
Download the file Save it where you want.
Open up Master.rar File (I used Winrar)
Place the file Master.txt Straight into the Skyrim Folder, for me it was this:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Skyrim
Open up the game and start or just open up a previous character then open the console with the ~ button.
Then inside the console type "bat Master" (without the quotes) and then you skills will be fully leveled.
DESCRIPTION:
From what I know this will not level up any of the skills you get from any of the DLC.
I'm not sure what it will do to the Mods that affect your skills, I have not tested it yet cause I don't have any or use them.
