Theres only one other "younger males" mod out there to my knowledge.
With mine I tried not to get as drastic with changing the textures, and concentrated just on getting rid of the wrinkles. So now the youngest male character in the game goes from looking like hes in his late 30's to early 40's (or 50's even depending on the light) to looking more along the lines of late 20's to early 30's.
