Welcome to Downreach, a big majestic storage/display hall located inside the mountain below Dragonsreach castle.

The main entrance is located outside Whiterun, right in its back (below Dragonsreach castle), while a hidden entrance can be found in the water flow below the arch you step over right when you enter Whiterun.

Downreach is navmeshed so NPCs can follow you inside.
