***Update***  I am back after a long break and have time to flesh out this mod.  I will be rebooting with version 2.0a to avoid previous errors, and building upon this one.  If you are new, please use the new main file.  Those of you already using the old one, save your game and mark that save before installing the new version, and let me know if any issues.  Thanks!

After the Red Year, many Dunmer have fled to find refuge in Skyrim, we all know this part of the story... but many of them also found other means to survive and live on the fringes of lawlessness around the borderlands as reaver bandit clans, raiding and pillaging from as far south as the Rift, throughout East March, and have established bases in the Sea of Ghosts. Watch out for ambushes as you travel through the Rift and East March, they can be anywhere. MORE MOBS, MORE BATTLES, MORE DEATH...

Within Skyrim: Due to the Stormcloak Rebellion, as soon as you leave Imperial controlled areas heading East, the lawlessness in Stormcloak territories has allowed Reavers to roam and setup ambushes along the many roads in the woods and mountains. If heading East from Whiterun or Falkreath Holds, watch your back... in the Sea of Ghosts, Jarl Ulfric has turned a blind eye to focus on his fight with the Imperials, which has allowed Sea Reavers to setup outposts in his backyard to launch their invasion

Outside of Skyrim (not required, but why limit yourself?):
From Windhelm, beware traveling the road to Morrowind and along the coast... if you keep exploring, you might find the launching base of their invasion.

Updated Sept 18th:
Version 1.5b
Fixed Telvanni Guard aggression bug.

(optional Shadow of Morrowind expansion):
Thanks to Shadow of Morrowind Team to allow connection, you can now reach various points in Morrowind either from the north or south (from the Rift) or travel boats to different locations in Morrowind.. Obviously, you need their mod http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/35789, then put this right before their mod in the load order.

Updated Sept 16th:
Tel Magrav settlement update
More Reaver mobs in Winterhold
Reaver outposts on the Sjaelland islands

Updated Sept 11th:
Travel boat to Solstheim (free as a stowaway)
Telvanni settlement far east of Windhelm (inside Morrowind)...

The next releases will include:
Horseback Reaver hordes (still working on this)
Random Morag Tong assassins
MORE MOBS, MORE BATTLES, MORE DEATH

You must have the Dragonborn DLC of course, and I suggest to remove the borders to explore other regions (repeat: this is not necessary, I've added plenty within the borders of Skyrim, but if you choose to remove the limit, you have more to explore and mobs to fight...).

Compatible with and recommended (foundonnexus...):
Shadows of Morrowind
Nyhus and the border Cyrodiil - Morrowind
Guarded Borders
More Immersive Dawnguard Entrance (if you have Dawnguard)
Forgotten Settlements
More Bandit Camps
Windhelm Lighthouse
Red Mountain Erupts (this adds a cool effect for all the above)

Thanks to Shadow of Morrowind Team to allow me to connect to their awesome mod. I highly recommend you check it out. And to Joopvandie for helping and supporting me, check out his mods too, they inspired me to do this.
