v0.119 has better frames FOR ME, maybe not for you, try it out youreself.

---For the v0.213 version---

To install, first get the enb v0.213 binary here:
http://www.enbdev.com/mod_tesskyrim_v0213.htm
And copy just the d3d9.dll from the wrapper folder to the skyrim directory, then place my files in the skyrim directory.

The only problem i see is the adaptation: it is not fully corrected yet, but i am trying to get the best out of it.

You can use the fx.ini files to edit fx files ingame.

You may use this enb for you're files, but you will have to credit me and --JawZ--
