People hailing from the northernmost part of Skyrim,these people are more commonly referred as "Northern Barbarians" being good conjurers,they are more primitive than other races.They are excellent troops in heavy armour and can take more punishment then other races.They are taller than other races aswell.

This isnt an overpowered race.It fits perfectly with Skyrim lore.
