The Lord's Mail, sometimes called the Armor of Morihaus or the gift of Kynareth, is an ancient cuirass of unsurpassable quality. It grants the wearer power to resist the effects of spells and illness. It is said that whenever Kynareth deigns the wearer unworthy, the Lord's Mail will be taken away and hidden for the next chosen one.

Begin the short quest by reading a note above the fireplace inside the Penitus Oculatus Outpost, in Dragon Bridge.
NOTE: You can start the quest at any time, but lower level characters may find some of the enemies difficult.


?—R-E-W-A-R-D—?
The Lord's Mail is a standalone heavy cuirass rated for 45 points of armor, and counts as Ebony Armor.
It can be improved at any workbench using steel ingots, and benefits from the Ebony Smithing perk.
The Mail grants the wearer 20% resistance to magic, and immunity to disease and poison.
