Adds a small simple house close to Morthal. Nothing fancy, just a starter home for players who prefer minimalistic housing. Features a double bed, alchemy lab, tanning rack and containers to store your stuff, also a nice view of Morthal. Home is companion friendly. No dirty edits, changes just one exterior cell outside Morthal. Future updates may contain a functional bookcase, if I ever figure how to set it up without the books going ballistic :)
