Ok. First of all. Running low rez textures on low
settings just WONT work well. The best way to
use THESE is to download a Low rez pack such as

or
http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/14504
and overwrite these and whatever other mods on
top of them and THEN change your graphics settings
to a higher value with CONFIGURATOR at
http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/814.

"WHO SAYZ LOW REZ SUX??"

All custom and redone from UHD original textures and individually converted to 512k and re-edited. Well... as low res as possible for all items without losing too much. Solitude had some very beautiful textures that worked very well at lower resolutions. Images are from Version 1 and not very advanced.

I take no credits for original works. I've just re-done them for FPS boosts and for use on low end machines.

No extra crap goes into the skyrim folder with my mods.

Most all of my files use WinRAR with maximum compression and a +2 or +3 percent recovery record so if you get a hiccup in your net connection you can probably do a safe recover instead of downloading the entire file again.
