The Mod is divided across multiple esps making it fairly modular. You can use them as a whole or individually, your choice. As of 1.0 both the Destruction and Illusion scaling perks are added automatically using the quest system. You should receive a quest complete notification for both when you first install them. There should be no issues if you're upgrading from an old version and thus already has the perks by using my console instructions, you can ignore the quest notification.

Lastly I have a development thread going which can be here or by clicking the discussion tab and going down to Ocyris Skyrim Tweaks - Development. That thread will contain various updates and speculation as to where I'm taking this mod. Question, comments and suggestion are welcome.

Overall Magic Changes (MagicRebalance - Global.esp)
---------------------
Combat magicka regen increased to 40%
Dual casting spells are 3 times as powerful as single cast but cost 180% more magicka and take 75% longer to cast.
Increased the enchanting skill factor from 1.25 to 1.4, this makes enchant slightly more powerful per skill point.


Conjuration (MagicRebalance - Conjuration.esp)
---------------------
Scaling bound weapons
All weapons start at the vanilla level
Bound sword and Battleaxe increase in damage every 25 conjuration levels
Bound Bow increase in damage every 25 conjuration levels after 50.


Alteration (MagicRebalance - Alteration.esp)
---------------------
Mage Armor now increases flesh spells by 3, 4 and 5 times respectively, in addition it increases the length of dragonhide by 30 seconds per rank.
All flesh spells now last 120 seconds instead of 60 seconds.

Destruction (MagicRebalance - Destruction.esp)
---------------------
Destruction now scales at a rate of 2.5% per 5 skill points, capping at 50% at 100 base Destruction.

(Optional)
All augmentation perks now increase their schools by 40% and 80% respectively.
The expert destruction perk now increase fire, frost and shock spells by 10% in addition to it's previous effect.
The master destruction perk now increase fire, frost and shock spells by 10% in addition to it's previous effect.
Flames now does slightly more damage.
Incinerate, Thunderbolt, and Icyspear have add their damage increased by 10.

Illusion (MagicRebalance - Illusion.esp)

Illusion now scales at a rate of 2.5% per 5 skill points, capping at 50% at 100 base Illusion.

Smithing (BasicSmithing.esp)
---------------------
Steel Smithing has been changed to basic smithing and now allows leather and iron items to be improved twice as much in addition to its previous effects.

Thieves guild armor is now effected by Basic Smithing
Forsworn armor in now effected by Basic Smithing

Install
=======
1. Extract the files to a temporary location.
2. Examine the folder structure and make corrections where necessary.
3. Copy files to (install folder)\Skyrim\Data\
4. Start Skyrim Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the .esp file(s).

Uninstall
=========
1. Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file(s).
2. Delete the files/folders associated with the mod.

Known Issues or Bugs
====================
Some armor may still not be effected by basic smithing. If you find one that you feel should be let me know.
