just a personal config tweak of Yaddas ENB (http://www.skyrimnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=3532) which came from Boris Vorontsov 0.99
you'll need Yaddas files.
make nights look more night time like, dark areas dark to make torches actually useful.
if you find it too dark for you either turn up AmbientLightingIntensity or turn down ColorPow.
does not include shadow tweaks in pref, just use (http://www.skyrimnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=283) as guide to customise.
I take no credit for this, just another tweak config of someone elses tweaked config lol
