Delete "Rachel Teenager" from the Data folder
The following folders are present in the bug fixer for 1.3, and version 1.4 or higher
Delete the folder "Rachel Teenager.esp" location: Data \ meshes \ actors \ character \ FaceGenData \ FaceGeom.
