I made this mod for myself, as I thought that the final boss, Alduin, was too easy on max difficulty, as I could defeat him with nothing equipped what so ever, well this mod fixes that. And I realized that others may, think the same thing, so I have uploaded it, for you all to use. Compatible with all other mods.
