Permanent Magelight spell

Permanent Magelight adds a new spelltome to the game sold by Farengar in Whiterun.
This spell looks like a regular magelight, but upon impact the original magelight projectile disappears and is replaced by a permanent magelight "object" that does not disappear even after you leave the cell. You can place multiple of these, not just one.

To remove the placed light, open your console, click the magelight (be careful not to click something else) and use command: "markfordelete"

In rare cases the magelight doesnt spawn, just shoot the spell again in that case.

v1.4 Added a new location for the spelltomes. They are now placed infront of Farengar on his table

v1.3.2 Re-uploaded the file. It appears that I made a mistake with 1.3.1 which caused the mod not to work

v1.3.1 adds third spell, PM semi-intensive , which has double the radius as normal PM

v1.3 Brings another spell to Farengar's store. the "Permanent Magelight Intensive" , this is the same spell as original PM, but the light's radius is tripled

In v1.1 I have made a mistake while uploading the file, therefore neither the spell nor the item worked.

In v1.0 the spell was a usual magelight with 999 days duration, but this caused the magelight to disappear once you re-entered the house (since it was technically a projectile)

Magelight Furniture item

Sold by Farengar. Once you drop this item it remains hovering in the air like lights in Archmage's quarters. (It still needs to be improved)

This is my first mod, if you run into any issues or you have any ideas for improvement, leave a comment ;P

Edit 2021: Please note that I have not been modding since 2013, therefore I am sorry for not being able to follow up with your suggestions or fixing issues. Its awesome that y'all managed to run it in SE and that you found tools to move the lights around to your convenience :) Thank you all for endorsements, I am extremely happy that I could have made your Skyrim life more pleasant <3
