Adds a door to the east tower of castle volkhanier that leads to the balcony

What It Does: Adds an entrance/exit to the Volkhanier castle balcony connected
to the castles east tower.
You need a key (located on the ground of the balcony near the new door) to
open the entrance.
Bugs: For some reason, entering the balcony through the east tower door will
teleport you to the ground below the balcony.
I have no Idea what is causing this
but It only seems to happen once, so If it does, just TCL back up and save the
game and it shouldn't happen again.
