go to tanning rack to make the new spells
tweaked banish description to displace the magnitude
tweaked call to arms so it can effect anything you control, raise, or summon
renamed command to command daedra so its more accurately named
tweaked command daedra's description to show the magnitude of the effect
tweaked confidence effects to affect anything you control, raise, or summon
tweaked mayham and hysteria to hopefully not effect teammates or dungeon followers
command daedra no longer has a infinite duration lasts 2 minutes now
recipe for a unenchanted drainspell bow (hint save those soulgem fragments and get arcane blacksmith perk) now upgradable
recipe for bow that adds stagger to shot test item (same req to make as elven and needs arcane blacksmith)
recipes for expermental projectile glass arrows
