A very small and very simple tweak that lowers the price of Banish enchantment.
- Small side effect is that items will have now more charges.

I was just blown of immersion when discovered that with the use of petty souls it is possible to mass produce 2/3k gold worth Iron Daggers... Well its not like this will change anything. Anyone can still make any amount of money this way or another... Still, better then nothing... just had to do it.
