About this mod

Big Bug Fix and Rework Destruction spells can now critical have a 10% chance to crit, and Lightning/Ice/Fire End tier perks give chance to Special crit once health is reduced to 40-50%. Instead of when enemies are already almost dead.

Permissions and credits
Designed to spice Destruction and spell casting up a bit, without getting in the way of most other mods.

Effects
Major rework including bug fix.
Reworked crit effects, how I had implemented it caused Kill cam to turn on by detecting the Critical damage even when it wasnt activating causing kill cams without kills.
Fixed bugs with spells I messed up(CHain Lightning casting Force push.. whoops).
Stagger actually DOES only work 50% of the time like its supposed too.

ME_MAIN.ESP

1. All main destruction spells(only cloaks dont) now have a 10% chance to Crit for double damage.
Master spells also get an extra effect.

Master spells improved.
Lightning Storm
5% chance to knock back

Ice Storm
10% chance to freeze targets for 10 seconds
+50% damage increase(balance)
Slow effect added like all other ice spells(balance).

FireStorm
Cast time reduced in half.
100% chance to knock back in a area 1/4 as small as the primary blaze.

End Tier perks deep freeze/Disintergrate/Intense Flames reworked.
Instead of working on targets at 20-15% health or less.
Deep Freeze 25% chance for ice spells to freeze targets with less then 40% health
Intense Flames 15% chance to cause fear in targets with 50% health or less.
Disintergrate 10% chance to instantly kill targets with 33% health or less.

Secondary effect, Destruction spells will level slightly faster, critical hits count as 5 times a normal hit for skill increases.
This works out to about 50% faster destruction leveling.

EM_Secondary.ESP

1.Once you get impact perk destruction spells get a damage bonus based on your destruction skill level.
Each level of Destruction increases damage by 1%.

2.Impact only has a 50% chance to cause stagger.

3.Spell cost reduction enchantments halved in effectiveness to reduce the ability to cast free spells.

4.Dual casting takes 3 seconds does 2.5* damage and takes 1.5* mana.
This makes it more mana efficent then single casting damage wise, but makes it do less total DPS.. and makes attempting to chain stagger harder.
Reason why its made more efficent is because NOT dual casting bust casting 2 spells at a time increases chances for crits and for things like fire effects actually does more damage.

5.Magicka restore potions increased in base effectiveness to make them worthwhile in combat.


BretonRestored.ESP
Gives Bretons 50% magic resistance like oblivion and morrowind, and like it states they should have in Skyrim loading menus, aswell as turning there power into 80% physical damage resistance.
