Fixes the lack of footsteps when walking on the \"rrbulwarkintstr01\" mesh.

For some reason, the "Skyrim Havok Material" value in the .nif file was "0", rather than "SKY_HAV_MAT_STONE". So I changed it.
Now? Footsteps can be heard on parts of the bulwark where they were meant to be.
Simple fix for a massively annoying problem.
Update: Found that pretty much all the bulwark interior meshes are lacking the footstep sounds. Fixed dat.
