English is not my native language. If I expressed myself poorly, please be gentle guys.~
READ THE README! SERIOUSLY! Report issues mentioned in the readmes will be ignored!

Was busy ever since v1.71, but soon I will be back! Updates underway~

Image Naming Explanation
"Vanilla" - this image was shot with a vanilla, mod-free game(with official HD).
"NWL" - this image was shot with a modded game, but no weather/lighting mods.
I will name other images with the used weather/lighting mods' names.

The Optimus ENB is a heavily modified ENB presets which hopefully makes Skyrim a balanced combination of photographic and cinematic.
This ENB provides high saturation and detail along with some famous photographic effects such as Depth of Field and Sun Glares.
It also makes the scene really clear without too much bloom to destory your HD textures, which many ENBs found at Skyrim Nexus tend to do.
In other words, It's a playable ENB which also looks awesome!

----0.188 Version----
1. Download official ENB v0.188 (Link). Open the .zip file and extract "d3d9.dll" to your Skyrim folder.
(If 0.188 got deleted, you can download it on Beautiful Skyrim (Link). 0.186 and 0.187 also works fine.)

2. Download ENB Reference mod (Link) and install it, manually or using mod managers like NMM or MO.

3. Copy everything in the "01 Main Files" folder to your Skyrim folder.

4. Choose performance options and compatibility patch based on your computer and mod list in the "02 Performance & Compatibility" folder. Then copy the files in the selected folder to your Skyrim folder and overwrite.
Examples
User who has a outdated PC and has CoT Winter Edition enabled should try "Performance Level 1——03 CoT-WE".
User who has a powerful PC and has URWL and ELFX enabled should try "Performance Level 5——10 URWL + ELFX".

5. (Optional) Choose the effects you like in the "03 Optinal Effects" folder. Overwrite like above.

6. (Optional) Read the files in the "04 Tweak Guide" folder and tweak the ENB to your liking.

----0.119 Version----
1. Download official ENB v0.119 (Link). Open the .zip file and extract "d3d9.dll" to your Skyrim folder.

2. Copy everything in the "01 Main Files" folder to your Skyrim folder.

4. (Optional) Choose the effects you like in the "03 Optinal Effects" folder. Overwrite like above.

5. (Optional) Read the files in the "04 Tweak Guide" folder and tweak the ENB to your liking.

------Notes------
1. Performance Options & Compatibility Patch & Main Files
The files in folder "Performance Level 3——01 Vanilla & RLO" are exactly the same with the ones in "01 Main Files".

2. Other Stuffs
Set your ingame brightness to middle, or set "fGamma=1.0000" in Skyrimpref.ini. This is recommended for best result, but not mandatory.
ENBSeries requires "bFloatPointRenderTarget=1" to be set in Skyrimpref.ini. Otherwise it may not work properly.
And users who want to enable Sky Lighting also need to set the following lines in Skyrimpref.ini
bTreesReceiveShadows=1
bDrawLandShadows=1
bShadowsOnGrass=1

------Known Issues------
1. Over-contrast
Users may experience over-contrast problems when approching a word wall with unabsorbed word on it. That's cause by game engine and for a ENB preset with high contrast, like this one, it's unfixable as far as I know.
The only way to prevent this without shift+F12 ENB is looking at another direction when approching a word wall.

2. URWL
There is a chance that URWL users will find that in some DLC areas nighttime is not as saturated as daytime. That's because URWL didn't cover any DLC places by the time I released this version.
Since the problem is caused by the mod, I could only provide temporary fixes from my side.
Notice that this fix is only for 0.188 version!
Before you are going to explore Solstheim, open enbeffect.fx and find "float3 RGBSatNight = float3( 1.00, 1.00, 1.00 );" and "float EColorSaturationV1Night = 2.4;".
Then replace them with "float3 RGBSatNight = float3( 1.50, 1.50, 1.50 );" and "float EColorSaturationV1Night = 3.6;"
When you are about to return Skyrim, simply restore them.

Q1: The FPS hit is still unacceptable for me even using Performance Level 1!
A1: Generally speeking, The Optimus ENB is relatively a high performance-cost ENB designed for this and next generations PCs. If you struggled for 30 FPS, I won't recommend using this ENB. But well, no harm trying.

Q2: The ENBSeries didn't work when some overlay softwares, like MSI Afterburner, are on!
A2: Boris has already provided a solution about this. In installation step 1, extract "ENBInjector.exe", "enbinjector.ini" and "enbseries.dll" to your Skyrim folder instead of "d3d9.dll".

Q3: Why bother changing the keyboard settings of ENB?
A3: The original settings are not optimal for using ingame consoles. It may cause an annoying lag because "Backspace" key was assigned to "ReadConfig" function. And the Num / for "ShowFPS" function is also not friendly for laptop users.
I've reassigned them for better game compatibility. But feel free to modify.

IMPORTANT
Check the readme found in the "02 Performance & Compatibility" folder for detailed mods plugins requirements.
