A TES5Edit script to generate encounter zones for interior cells without one so that you can de-level Skyrim easily. To be used with WTF-Random Encounter Zones and another script to copy min level to max level entries.

Note: Please name the new file NewEncounterZones so you can update it later if you wish by applying the script again.

0.99 fixed all of the known issues. And now it also imports world cells.
You should be able to create a world with absolutely no level scaling based on your character from now on :D
