Removed the perk from the Mod and posted it as optional download. Take care the optional download is the full mod and not only the Temper Leather Perk.

Included: Imperial Light, Imperial Studded, Penitus Oculatus, Stormcloak, Stormcloak Officer.
Due to the added perk this mod might conflict with mods that alter the perktrees, especially the smithing tree.
