This does NOT add any race-based bonuses! All skills really start at 15!

This resets your skills to 15, your level to 1 and removes all perks. For those who want to start over without changing character or have changed race through the console but seen that skills, levels and perks and reset.

Put this in your Skyrim installation directory, which should be:

C:\program files\bethesda softworks\The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim
or
C:\program files\steam\steamapps\common\The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim

Now launch skyrim and when everything's done loading, open the console by pressing the tilde key (~ or § depending on keyboard layout) and type: bat noob

Now your level should reset to 1, your skills to 1 and all of your perks removed. If you want to change race as well, type in: showracemenu
