Improves the Gauldur Amulet alot so it fits better with the story of having to ahve a squad of their best mages take them out, also fixes the fragments too
changes the effects to this, incs the fragments aswell:

34% Stronger destruction spells.
the new power is called Orc Savage Rage and is in a spell tome.
it's not seeded or placed anywhere in the game so you'll have to use the console.
+250pt health for 3 mins
60% fire,frost,shock and magic resist for 3 mins
reduced from 500pt and 80% resists for 5 mins
I made the orc power due to my vampire char having a -200% fire resist and died far too often to fire spells, not wanting to full on cheat I made that.
If you feel any of the items are over powered, let me know and i'll change them.
