Draco Animam Elevatio The elevation of the soul of the dragon.
A new Spell Tome added to the game that teaches you Draco Animam Elevatio - the ability to buy perk-tree points with your spare dragon souls!
This spell does NOT level you up! It is available straight away but needs a store of at least 200-250 magicka!
You will find an apple on the barrels outside Warmaidens in Whiterun, eat it! This just holds the script which adds the Spell Tome to the levelled lists in the game and once the game has loaded it is no longer needed as long as you save!
This is just one of a few mods out there that do the same or similar, though this one does not need SKSE!
