I\'ve made a simple fix for those pesky spell absorptions of your own conjuration spells

This Patch/mod/fix what ever you want to call it fixes that issue you get with absorbing conjuration spells, being breton and having atronach stone or atronach perk in the alteration perk tree
This patch would be helpful to anybody who does not want to use the unofficial patches.
Update notes
Added Call Dragon Shout for both DLC's, I was previously playing the game and found that Call Dragon wasn't working so I fixed that and should be working now.
