You are required to be Archmage of the College of Winterhold to speak to Tolfdir about the new designs, this is because they will be set up in the Archmage's Quarters.
They becomes available after you have seen the originals, (Entered the room with them), giving your character plenty of time to examine how they work, and replicate them at their home, for a modest supply fee.
Adds Staff and Spider Scroll Crafting.
Visit the relevant locations on Solstheim first:
Staff Enchanter - Tel Mithryn
Imbuing Chamber - White Ridge Barrow
After you have visited the crafting areas with this mod installed:
Speak to Tolfdir at the College of Winterhold and discuss new crafting designs.
Each cost 2000 gold to purchase, and will appear in the Archmage's Quarters to the left of the enchanting table for you to set up.
To be able to purchase the upgrades without having to go see the originals, perhaps because you've been there previously without the mod, bring up the console with the ~ key and type the following as desired:
Set SAM_02SpiderScrollCraft to 1
Set SAM_02StaffCraft to 1
Version 1.11:
Minor change to the way Neloth's Imbuing Chamber first appears.
Version 1.1:
Two recipes added for use at any imbuing chamber.
Pack Spider - Albino Pod, Bone Meal
Glowing Spider - Damaged Albino Pod, Glowing Mushroom
You can now tell Neloth about the imbuing chamber, he will set one up for himself, and give you gold as compensation.
There is now a notification that pops up when you learn a design.
