Heartwarmer Cottage is a medium sized farmhouse located about 50 meters north east of Battle-Born farm. It is well equipped and free of charge. You can access it from the start of the game which means it is very useful for a low level character. Also, it is in a convenient location if you have just started a new character.

I have updated it so it is now Navmeshed. There are new areas: the basement and the garden.
(No DLC required - do not know if compatible with DLC or other mods)
