UPDATE -- Fixed containers so they do not reset. (i.e. the knapsack and alchemist satchel)
***Now Available - Grungy Version, where the safehouse is neatly tucked away in the basement of an "abandoned" shack. Check here: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/36556/***
Located north and east of Rorikstead, near the Talking Stone Camp, the safehouse is a small but functional lore friendly home that provides players with a house or waystation located in the western part of Tamriel, convenient to Solitude, Morthal, and Markarth. Hidden away on a hill among the trees, it makes a great safehouse for the Thieves Guild.
Includes:
Inside:
Several chests and other containers
Cooking Pot
2 Beds + 1 Bedroll
Alchemy Table
Enchanting Table
2 Weapon Racks
Outside:
Tanning rack
Sharpening wheel
Armor table
Woodchopping Block
I did not include any other Smithing elements because it felt like it didn't really fit the setting and the theme I was going for.
Not compatible with the Grungy version of this mod (check it out here: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/36556/ )
