This is a simple bat file that modifies the killmoverandom value to 100. This should allow kill moves to be performed on the last enemy in a group.
Installation
Put in your c/...steam/steamapps/common/skyrim/data
Upon starting the game each time type in "bat killmove" without the quotes.
Update: Added a file with 100% finish and 75% decapitation chance and a file with 75% finish with 75% decapitation chance.
