Did you bother to kill the Reaper in Dawnguard and got bummed out over the loot? Mod adds 10 enchanted and quite powerful rings from his victims that you can pick amongst. The enchanted rings is worth only the same as normal counterparts due to the blessing they grant is only given to you.

Already killed the Reaper? Thats what console command is for ^^

I put this mod in cheat category due the strength of the rings, but shouldnt be that badly balanced if you only use one.
Balance of the rings compared to each other is up for debate, but you got the permission to change the stats as you see fit, I can even upload the alternative version.

Stats:
Unfortunate Adventurer's Blessing: 50 stamina, 50 carry weigth and 60 health.
Unfortunate Barbarian's Blessing: 30% more dmg on 2hand, 80 health, 45 stamina and 25% stamina regen.
