retextured and inceased the resolution for the banners and rugs inside Jorrvaskr

New, higher resolution textures for the banners and rugs within Jorrvaskr. The old ones made me sad every time I mingled with the Companions. Sorry, yellow Wuuthrad had to go.
I changed the draped banners to say "Companions of Ysgramor" in Daedric runes. The old version with the knot is still available below. Also tossed a little dirt and grime (not much) on the table-cloth/rug. I like it this way, so I'm done editing the texture.
Installation: copy 'Data' folder to your Skyrim installation directory
