* OVERVIEW *
This mod adds a new player home in Skyrim. Buyable, decorable and with also RPG elements included.

* DESCRIPTION *
I'm a fan of full immersion gameplay so I've made this Playerhome RPG oriented mod within a brand new location.
The location is not instantly available, you are supposed to buy it first then add all the furnitures you need later.

* FEATURES *
Silverfish grotto
- Smithing area
- Relax area
- Shrine area
- Shooting Range
- Greenhouse Area *
- Servant quarters

* The Greenhouse Scripts has nothing to do with Hearthfire harvest system.
The harvest system used in this Greenhouse is quite different and totally custom.
THIS MEANS THAT YOU DON'T NEED ANY DLC AND THERE IS NO COPYRIGHT INFRINGMENT!

Silverfish home
- Living room
- Library
- Master bedroom
- Bedroom
- Alchemy desk
- Enchantement desk
- Mannequins and weapon plaques
- Armory Room
- Storage Basement

Everything is buyable and prices depends on your character Level and related Perks of your Speechcraft skills.
ALL THE CHESTS ARE SAFE CONTAINERS EXCEPT FOR THE BARRELS OUTSIDE THE HOUSE!

* RPG ELEMENTS *
All candles, lanterns, braziers and fireplace can be lit on or off. When a light is on, it will turn automatically off after 8 ingame hours.
There are two "Lazy buttons" for "Lazy users" on the right side of the home stairs.
These buttons toggles the interior and exterior lights ON permanently or not.
To avoid glitches, my best recommendation is to enable these buttons (if you want) only if you've bought all the furnitures and when all the lights are off.

Take care of your place and clean up your home. When you are missing for a long time you'll have to do it all over again:
- After 3 or more days absence, you'll find dirt on the floor.
- After 28 or more days absence, you'll find spiderwebs to remove too (Which keeps growing if you not clean up).
- After longer periods you'll find more stuff which I'm not going to explain to not spoil anything away.

* HIRE THE HOUSEMAID AND GUARDS *
If you're too busy slaying dragons and collecting butterflies you can now hire people to clean and protect your house.
Just furnish the servant quarter and a quest will starts.

The NPCs
- Greir: She's the housemaid and will take care of your home. She cleans up your home everyday from 9am to 12am.
Also she can buy food supplies for you at Solitude. Perfect for Realistic Needs and Diseases mod!
- Bormir: He's a Guard available for night duty shift. He patrols the location from 8pm to 8am.
- Rigmad: He's a Guard avaialble for daytime shifts. He patrols the location from 8am to 8pm.

* HOW TO START? *
Install the mod and Play. A courier will bring you a letter, that's it!

* UNINSTALL PROCEDURE *
- GET BACK ALL YOUR ITMES FROM CHESTS, MANNEQUINES, RACKS OR YOU'LL LOST THEM!
- GO IN A VANILLA INTERIOR, LIKE BREEZEHOME OR DRAGONSREACH
- WAIT FOR AT LEAST 5 DAYS
- MAKE A NEW SAVEGAME
- UNINSTALL THIS MOD
- RELOAD SKYRIM AND RELOAD THE SAVEGAME YOU MADE ABOVE
- MAKE A NEW SAVEGAME
- CONTINUE YOUR JOURNEY IN SKYRIM.

* KNOWN ISSUES *
The master bedroom does not show the "Well rested" message, however it works. Just see your "active effects" in the magic section.
Cleaning mod: The current version is safe if you do not stand few harmless dirty edits ((and those are just ITMs) try to clean it yourselves but do not complain if everything breaks up. I don't want to clean the mod myself.
Load order: highly recommended to put at the very top of the list.
