Adds the TARDIS to Skyrim.

Where to Find it:
At the Shrine of the Blue Box near Winterhold

What it does:
The TARDIS is currently capable of traveling to approximately 60 different locations.
ATM has eight (8) player-defined locations

Requirements:
SKSE
SkyUI's MCM menu

Known bugs:
-If you have used an older version (from the Steam Workshop), make a 'clean save' if you are behind the interior doors when you enter the TARDIS.
-NPC's may occasionally follow you inside the TARDIS and get stuck, select them with the console, go outside and use 'moveto player' to bring them back out (I have yet to have this occur myself) Should be fixed

Future plans are to add more locations, custom models for interior, quest(s?), and similar control systems to the "Fallout Who" mods (almost done with that...)
