Adds a Craftable and Enchantable version of the Shield of Ysgramor (uploaded on request for a friend)

Finally, you can have a Shield of Ysgramor with your own enchantment.
This mod will add a new item called "Dova's Shield of Ysgramor". It uses the same model as the shield of Ysgramor and has almost similar but slightly tweaked statistics without the enchantment. It will not replace or alter the original Shield of Ysgramor.
It is craftable in the smithing forge "Steel Category" (requires steel smithing perk), temperable and also enchantable.
