Lots of changes to perks in almost all trees. More diversity in skills I remained close to vanilla values so nothing should be too overpowered or underpowered.

Investor perk works but doesn't show proper description.
Please inform me of any bugs you might find.

Best way to use this mod is with a new character
Or you have to reset all perks on an existing character.
