-------------- MORTHAL A TRUE HOLD HAS FLOATING SCRIPTS WHICH CAUSE CTD'S ON SLOWER COMPUTERS. BE WARNED. TES V EDIT OR SKYRIM FLOATING SCRIPT SAVE CLEANER MIGHT HELP.

*Finally Combined both Hold and Mall, cleaned them with Tes5edit, and put it up in a new file without Apachii and with a forge into one complete morthal mod. Also changed the name of it as it made no sense before.

Mothal-A True Hold is a mod which makes Morthal the Hold Capital it should've been which includes a Thane house named Mistwater with a housecarl named Marissa-Iron hammer.
Getting the key requires you to enter Morvarth's lair and retreive it which you will do during the Thane mission.
The key was stolen by morvarth and the previous Thane is face-down in the ditch in his lair so it makes sense lore-wise and the key is on the table right where Morvarth sits, on the gold (refer to pic)

Alongside the house the main attractions are
---- the wall which has been hole-checked with gates, banners, and guards.
----A shrine of Arkay near the graveyard with a new priest of Arkay and house for her
----A forge at the guardhouse (removed in the optional version as many Morthal mods add a forge)
----The Morthal Mall which is a general store inside the top floor of Thurmagust's Hut and the general store owner (Mod Friendly) everybody's favorite argonian Likes-to-Sell is here
----A newly destroyed Shrine of Talos with a note for lore
...It is purposely left empty with little clutter and made for mods, as i wanted this to be a base for Morthal, to give it some life.

Everything is navmeshed so should work with quests and companions
-There are two main files to this mod, Morthal Mall and Morthal Hold, both have an alternate file: Morthal Mall has a no forge version and a regular and the Hold has an apachii skyhair version and without apachii version. - No Longer Valid, just download the main file
-MAY CRASH GAME- If you'd like to help try to figure out why this happens to some people, it would fix this mod completely.
.This mod was made to be compatible with as many morthal mods as possible, i wanted people to just have a base mod to make morthal better naturally

-If there is any bugs or additions you see please comment and i will fix/add probably
-For those who downloaded Morthal Rennovation it was a beta and i suggest uninstalling the game and reinstalling if you want to get rid of the torches
-No Requirements, unless downloading the file with apachii skyhair Housecarl, then you need apachii skyhair
-the safebox and ledger in the second picture are from Localized guild jobs
-This mod adds a sign to the road next to the town because Morthal is too easy to miss
-This mod also makes the argonian girl in Riften, From-Deepest-Fathoms, marriageable, as was my preference, which shouldn't matter but if it does, let me know
