Milva is also available as a follower! Milva - Nord Follower on Nexus - Steam Workshop

HOW TO USE THIS PRESET

1. Open the console by pressing º 
2. Type "setrace nord". Your character will now become a Nord, this will not mess up with your attributes or skills. 
3. Type "showracemenu" select Nord race, Default Setting. You'll find her in the preset located at the second position of the slider. 

I recommend to start a new game, changing your character's face in a current game can cause weird glitches (dirty face).

If you want her to look like the screenshots, you can use these mods:

Ponytail Hairstyles by Azar 2.5
Natural Eyes by nevenbridge
Coverwomen - Look 3 by mrLenski

INSTALLATION

Place "milva - nord face preset.esp" in your Skyrim/Data Folder

Enable it by using NMM or Skyrim Launcher/Data Files

UNINSTALL

Uninstall using Skyrim Launcher:

Search for the file in the Data Section tab of Skyrim Launcher, and unselect "Milva - Nord Face Preset" 

Go to Skyrim\Data directory and delete "milva - nord face preset.esp"
