Dragons can shout a lot more than you can. Even the Greybeards can! If you are a dragon in a mortal body, shouldn't you be able to shout as often as dragons? In the base game, you are given longer cooldowns for balancing purposes. This mod shortens the cooldowns for different shouts to make them more like the cooldowns on the shouts the dragons and Greybeards use.

This mod is intended to promote more shout-centric gameplay. By itself, it's a totally unbalanced cheat (hence its categorization as a cheat), but my playstyle with this mod is to use Elys' Community Uncapper mod to lower my skill level cap to 50 (instead of raising it way above 100), which further encourages the utility of shouts over other skills.

There are four different files to download. Choose ONE of them. Shout Like a Dragon affects only vanilla shouts. Shout Like a Dragon - Dawnguard affects both vanilla shouts and shouts added by the Dawnguard DLC. Shout Like a Dragon - Dragonborn affects both vanilla shouts and shouts added by the Dragonborn DLC. Finally, Shout Like a Dragon - DG & DB affects all shouts in the game, including both DLC.

I repeat, choose only ONE of these.

Here's the nitty-gritty on the new cooldowns. They are given in order of cooldown per word (i.e. cooldown for the first word, then cooldown for two words, then cooldown for all three words), with the numbers in parentheses being the original cooldowns before I changed them. So for instance, 5(15), 5(20), 5(45) means that the cooldown is now 5 seconds for all three words, whereas before the cooldown for the first word was 15 seconds, then 20 seconds for the second word, and 45 for the third.
