There are a few magic unlock spells avalible but the modders decided to make 5 spells clutttering the spellbook with 4 useless spells when you reach master alteration. This mod adds one spell to open all locks but its a expert level spell, the reasoning behind it is as the caster gains levels they gain better control of thier magic so expert level alteration casters can bend telekinesis to open locks.
The spell has been integrated into the leveled spell tome lists so it should appear in normal spell merchants lists there is also a copy of the tome of farengars desk in dragonsreach.
