The Dark Lord's soul was broken by Harry Potter but not completely destroyed. When Harry chose to return to the world from King's Cross Station, So did the part of The dark Lord's soul within Harry. The soul endured and embodied a few years later. After committing a dark ritual for embodiment of his soul, He felt a new magical power within himself which was his tongue or his voice...

He is a High Elf with the look of The Dark Lord Voldemort of Harry Potter series. His main home is Lakeview Manor in Falkreath with some equipment in the basement. He is at level 20 and every quest line is open for you to start and continue. He is an adept in Conjuration and Destruction. The following ESM and ESP's are recommended:
-Dawnguard
-Hearthfire
-Dragonborn
-SKSE
-SkyUI
-Cloaks of Skyrim
-Harry Potter Wands(http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/9472)
