This mod adds a Post Office in Solitude, you can use it to send and receive letters.
To send a letter you must have a friend or more in the Skyrim world (it's impossible not to, even if you just started), you need to speak with Janette at the counter and pay 25 gold coins to receive an empty note with which you'll be able to interact and send a request to the person you want.
For the letter to reach the person you need to wait 5 minutes In real life and then from 4 to 10 in-game hours, the reply will be avaiable just after.
This mod includes the source code.

• Over 210 different letters (all mostly written by Jokerine!);
• Two types of letter you can choose from (Reach me and Relationship);
• Over 60 different NPCs you can interact with through letters;
• Paintings by Artisanix.
• As you spend money, the Post Office will upgrade itself.
