Location - Banned Mare animated book on the wall near stairs
Where it leads - this teleport leads u to a new cell with every item in the game along with a small arena type area

the console command cocqasmoke probably dosnt work but if it does im awsome XD
You need all DLC.
I sat here one day playing skyrim with around 20gig worth of mods new homes new places ect and every time i went to the qasmoke cell i felt like it it was quickly becoming an eyesore so i decided to make it newer and and an overall nice place to visit.
