Dawnguard Craft Blood Potion

I was playing my Dawnguard Vampire (my usual choice) and noticed there wasn't a way to craft my own blood potions. There also isn't that many laying around to pick up either.

I am sure there are plenty of other versions of this same type of mod, but I felt that I could improve a bit by making it 5 per 1 heart & 1 flesh.

And yes, I know it is really "Potion of Blood" but that kinda sounds bleh.

What does this mod do?
Creates 5 Blood Potions from 1 Human Heart & 1 Human Flesh

The crafting option is at the Cooking Pot, and only shows up when you have at least 1 Human Heart and 1 Human Flesh in your inventory.
