This Mod adds a Player home to the Iceberg Island floating to the North-West of Dawnstar city. No DLC required. A Tsunami is a tidal wave caused by an earthquake, which is fitting because why else is there a Palace on an iceberg deep in the Ocean? You can access the Island via a map marker/Fast Travel/Boat parked nearby. The Player Home is yours to live in, and future residents are possible, though 2 NPCs live there now... A Vendor and a patron in the Shrine (with AI Packages).

- Several marked chests and etc. are safe for storage. Others are marked respawn for supplies.
- Working Mannequins in Master Suite and Refectory (Dining Hall).
- Player Book shelves.
- Cooking Oven with recipes.
- Meadery with Mead dispenser.
- Vendor and other NPC at present, with AI packages.
- Navmeshing in major rooms.
- Iceberg is an island, accessible by map marker or Fast Travel.
- Lower level is there in case you fall and can access interior via Cavern.
- All utilities included (Forge, Cooking, Tanning Rack, Alchemy, Enchanting, Chop block).
- All Doomstones in Main Hall, plus statues and other artwork.
- Front Yard with water wells, towers, and walls.
- Archery Range has dummy targets plus enticing music.
- Hardwood floors, counter space in kitchen, and walk-in pantry for food storage.
- Private shower in bathroom of Master Suite, (with bathroom fixtures).
- Book shelves in Hall.
- Beds in Bedrooms, Living Room, and Master Suite.
- Mounted trophies above fireplace.
- Access to lower Cavern in Tower.
- All Shrines inside the Tsunami Shrine room.
